Rule 78A
Must have served at least five years
(1) A military person who is admitted to any post of Nepali Army must serve for at least five years.
(2) In the event that a military person resigns from his position after reaching the service period as per sub-section (1), the resignation shall be accepted only after recovering all the expenses incurred by him in the basic training of the level to which he was appointed.
